WORK OF THE FORMATION OF NANOCLUSTERS OF SPHEROIDAL SHAPE DURING CONDENSATION OF THE SUPERCOOLED VAPORS OF WATER IN THE PRESENCE OF IONS

The work of the formation of the nucleus of new phase (shape of elongate or oblate spheroid) during the condensation of the supercooled water vapors in the electric fields of ions is calculated. For special case of spherical nucleus, comparison with experimental data is made. It is demonstrated that the model under consideration coordinates with the experiment better than the classical model of heterogeneous nucleation near ions.
