The calculation method of joint deformations of freezing layer and interacting construction elements is proposed. The balance equations of heat, mass of the water, mass of the skeleton at the freezing front as well as the relationship between the freezing depth and the boundary positions of the freezing layer make up the basis of the method. The system of equations is closed if water flow to the freezing front is known as a function of acting loadings and other conditions of the freezing process. It is shown that for the definition of water flow function the known theoretical schemes of ice accumulation may be used. The calculation results of the deformations of the surface foundations are presented and it is demonstrated that they correspond to the known experimental data on full-scale tests. The main elements of the calculation scheme of the chilled pipeline deformations are characterized in this paper.
