Results of 26-year researches on geocryological site “Bolvansky” located in delta of the Pechora River are presented. The estimation of mean annual frozen ground temperature dynamics in natural and disturbed areas in various landscape conditions under the contemporary climatic changes has been fulfilled. Dynamics of mean annual ground temperature trends on the sites of talik zones is considered. It has been demonstrated that the settling of the top of permafrost is possible under the further climate warming on the drained tundra landscapes.

Key words: Monitoring, mean annual permafrost temperature, climate warming, linear trend of temperature change, landscape conditions.
