Possibility of experimental research of tensely-deformed condition of ice and frozen ground has been demonstrated by a method of laser interferometry. Methodical features of experiences have been revealed. The dependence of creep of frozen ground and ice upon the time has been obtained on the basis of laser interferograms.

Key words: Ice, frozen ground, laser interferometry, creep, interferograms.
