The milestones in the scientific career of S.V. Alekseev, the head of the laboratory of hydrogeology of the Institute of the Earth’s Crust, SB RAS, a doctor of geology and mineralogy, a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, an honored worker of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, are revised in this homage.
