The results of the experiments of the heat and mass transfer through the water-saturated ceramics with ice inclusion are presented. The dependences of mass flux upon the liquid pressure gradient at the different average temperatures are obtained. The experimental data disagree with the theoretical predictions. Possible reasons are offered to resolve the contradiction.
Key words: Ice, water, porous medium, heat and mass transfer.
